Accountability & Management Bookkeeping LLC provides bookkeeping, cash flow management, financial reporting, payroll, compliance, and fractional CFO strategy services to small and medium-sized businesses. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate engagement agreement or proposal provided to each client.

3. Client Responsibilities

To receive our services effectively, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information and documentation.
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to their business that may affect the services.
  • Review and approve all financial reports and documents in a timely manner.
  • Maintain access credentials for any shared platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Online) in a secure manner.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are outlined in the client engagement agreement. Payment terms, billing cycles, and late payment policies will be specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client financial information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required to deliver our services, comply with legal obligations, or as expressly authorized by you in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Accountability & Management Bookkeeping LLC provides bookkeeping and financial organization services and is not a licensed CPA firm, tax advisor, or legal counsel. Our services do not constitute tax advice or legal advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on the financial information we prepare. Clients are encouraged to consult a licensed CPA or attorney for tax and legal matters.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice as specified in the client agreement. Upon termination, we will provide all client records and documents in our possession within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
